At Mero Pusta, we give you full control over your personal information. In alignment with international privacy standards, Google Play Data Safety guidelines, and our commitment to user freedom, you are fully entitled to delete your account and clear all your personal information from our databases at any time.

How to Delete Your Data

We provide two direct paths to request and execute data deletion:

Method 1: Instantly via the Mobile or Web App (Recommended)

Open the Mero Pusta application and log in.

Open your main navigation drawer or select the Profile (मेरो प्रोफाइल) tab.

Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Delete Account (मेरो खाता हटाउनुहोस्).

Confirm the safety warning. Your profile, photos, and login access will be permanently terminated immediately.

Method 2: Web-Based Request Form (For users without app access)

If you have uninstalled the application, cannot remember your password, or prefer to request deletion directly from this browser page, please complete the secure form below. Our support team will process your request, verify ownership, and purge all your records from our databases.

Your request has been successfully queued for processing. We have sent a confirmation email to verification channels. Upon verification of your account ownership, all matching profiles, databases, and uploaded records will be deleted permanently within 14 business days.

Data Preservation Disclosures

Structural Genealogy Nodes: If you mapped ancestors or deceased family members inside the system, their names and connections may remain in the structural tree to avoid breaking the tree integrity of your living relatives who still use the platform. However, all private, living profiles, emails, documents, and matching photos belonging to you will be permanently cleared.
